This allows the project and the assignment to start immediately.
The Interim Manager can be provided within several days after signing the contract.

We stay in contact with all parties from the beginning to the end of the project and our contract management, one of our Partners or Senior Executive Advisors, will follow the project.
Because we only bill you for the work that the interim manager does, and not for searches or other hidden costs, you can always see how much the assignment is costing you. There are no registration or annual fees, insertion costs or the like. We are totally success-oriented – you pay nothing until the interim manager you have chosen begins the assignment
Our client has a clear cost overview with our daily fee. What is more, there are no costs for holidays, sickness, further training or severance pay claims. Neither do you need to provide a laptop, company car or other equipment.
You only pay the agreed daily rate and possible travel costs.
