Selection process

Once you have decided to choose interim management, our well-proven process will provide you with exactly the right interim manager for your needs.

  • Using the information you give us, we compile a job profile and agree on the role and tasks that the interim manager will be expected to do and the qualifications needed.
     
  • Using this job profile, we then approach potential candidates of our P+P PREMIUM POOL® to see if they are interested and  available to work for you. This means that we can quickly come up with a list of relevant candidates from our extensive list of results-oriented managers with many years of leadership experience.
     
  • No search is needed by us because we select of our quality assured pool of 1000+ managers only. That means we forward to you the profiles of 2 or 3 recommended candidates plus the expected costs (daily rate) within 48 hours.
     
  • You decide which of the candidates you would like to interview. We arrange the meeting and will usually accompany the candidate.
  • We are contracting with the client and the chosen Interim Manager is contracting with us. 


When you have decided which of the candidates you would like to work with, we can quickly draw up a standardised contract. This means that we are able to offer you a service which is free from preparatory costs and is fully cost transparent.
