Does P+P also place managers in permanent employment?
No, we do not. Please refer to Dr. Pendl & Dr. Piswanger Human Resource Consulting GmbH.
However, it is possible that, in some cases, an interim manager could get an offer of permanent employment after completing the assignment. In such cases, we charge the client an appropriate commission fee.
Can I be sure that my data will be handled confidentially?
We handle all information with due care and only forward it to our client after we have consulted you, checked your availability and if you are interested in this particular position.
On whose behalf does P+P operate?
We only act on behalf of our clients who are looking for an interim manager. We do not work for individual interim managers.
What do I have to pay for registering my data in the P+P PREMIUM POOL®?
Nothing, we only work on a success-basis.
Can I also temporarily register as an interim manager, even though I am looking for a permanent employment?
Generally, yes. But in most cases interim management should not be seen as a stopgap.
What are the chances of being placed through P+P?
Unfortunately we cannot guarantee you an assignment. It happens that some interim managers are assigned very quickly but others are not.
