Our clients expect our interim managers to have highly developed leadership, social and technical skills that they will use to develop solutions and deliver results. We also demand high standards from the managers we send into our clients’ organizations – this is the only way to guarantee a positive outcome for both you and our clients.

  • You have at least 15 years work experience and several years of leadership experience at the first or second level of management. You have worked for international companies with several hundred employees and are used to being responsible for budgets and results.
  • You have experience as a self-employed interim manager or project manager. You can show relevant references and verifiable success.
  • You are capable of fulfilling client’s needs and project goals with the necessary persistence.

Besides these criteria, you must have integrity, be reliable and assertive with strong communication skills and be able to develop solutions and achieve results.
