Ing. Walter Pfaller is Managing Partner and point of contact for interim management. He has many years of experience in leadership positions in a range of industries especially in Austria and the CEE region.
In his last role, as regional director, he established and developed the CEE organization of a worldwide leading automation company. For many years he worked in mechanical engineering, environmental protection technology, automation technology and industrial training and education. In his career he has held managing director positions in Austria, Croatia and Slovenia as well as supervisory and advisory board positions in Bulgaria, Ukraine and Russia.
PhDr. Hannes Pfaller, MSc. MBA is Managing Partner and has many years of practical experience, specializes in the healthcare, pharmaceutical and medical technology industries. His expertise as an employee and interim manager includes crisis management, leading national and international teams locally and abroad, restructuring, strategy development and business development. He has graduated University in health care management and is also the managing director of our subsidiaries in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Besides German, he has knowledge in Italian and he speaks English fluently.
Ing. Mag. Martin Jeindl is Partner with regional focus in Styria and is at our clients’ disposal for any provider service of Interim Management. He has a technical and economical education and professional background. Martin Jeindl is experienced in various leading functions like managing director, board member and supervisory board member in financial services and banks, insurance companies and IT-services as well. He is familiar with restructuring and outsourcing of divisions and departments and controlling of IT-projects and construction-projects.
Irina Pfaller, BA is supporting our Back Office in Financing and Controlling. She graduated a business college and and at the University of Vienna. Besides German and English she speaks fluently Russian.
Christoph Gruss, BSc. is responsible for the management resources of our P+P PREMIUM POOL®. He has many years of experience in controlling and accounting and as head of operations in event catering. He speaks German, English and French.
